(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner placed under suspension on 24.08.2013 but neither suspension is being revoked nor substantive allowance is being paid to him, against which he may be allowed to make representation before the
Collector, Raigarh and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers representation with regard to revocation of suspension/substantial allowance within a period of two weeks from today before respondent No. 2- Collector, Raigarh; it is directed to be decided by Collector, Raipur expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the receipt thereof.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
