Heard Perused the PUD dated 03.08.2013, which shows that the appellant Bhupendra Kumar Sahu, S/o. Bhola Ram has already suffered the jail sentence and has deposited the fine of Rs.200/- and he has been released from jail on 16.11.2012.

In view of this, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he do not want to press this appeal as it has become infructuous.
