The other ground is that petitioner's wife is posted as Assistant Teacher in a nearby place. Third ground is that the petitioner's wife is in a state of advance pregnancy. 2.

None of the grounds are legal. The policy of keeping husband and wife together at same station as far as possible, is a matter of administrative exigency. This matter may be taken by the petitioner before the competent authority. As the representation has already been made by the petitioner, it is directed that petitioner's representation shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 3.
