1. The transfer order is under challenge mainly in the ground that the petitioner is suffering from various ailments and in the year 2014, he had undergone bypass surgery and suffers from other old aged problems. Therefore, the petitioner may not be transferred from Bemetara to Jagdalpur.

2. All the grounds which are being raised are matters of consideration by the administrative authority and not by the Court. Therefore, reserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer representation before the respondent authority, the petition is dismissed.
