2. This is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant, whereas, the earlier bail application of the same applicant in M.Cr.C. No.3437 of 2021 is already pending, therefore, the learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press upon this bail application. Hence, the present bail application is disposed off.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant has liberty to appear and argue the same matter in M.Cr.C. No.3437/2021.
