1. Petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 & 2 to enquire the matter and take action against the erring officers who have made illegal payment to the NGO Parag Jan Chetna Samiti, Janjgir.
2. Admittedly, the petitioner is not claiming any relief for himself nor has raised any grievance which is personal in nature.
3. Petitioner should prefer a duly constituted PIL. The petition is not maintainable in its present format.
