(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner's earned leave has wrongly been calculated by respondent No. 4- The Principal, Govt. High School, Balgikhar, Block Katghora, District Korba and, therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before respondent No. 2- District Education Officer for redressal of his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) If the petitioner files representation to the respondent No. 4 within two weeks from today, the respondent No. 4 shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
