Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that issue involved in this writ petition has been considered and decided by coordinate Bench in WP(S) No.6927 of 2011 (Kunwar Kant Dewangan Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), decided on 6.12.2013. They also submit that against the aforesaid order, writ appeal was filed that was dismissed and against the order of writ appeal, SLP No.16838/2015

was filed by the State Government. SLP filed by the State Government has been dismissed by the Supreme Court in the matter of State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Ku. Harjeet Kaur on 17.08.2015 and as such, order dated 06.12.2013 has attained the finality.

In view of above, the petitioner is directed to make representation along with copy of order passed by this Court to respondent No.4, who will verify and consider the claim of the petitioner and take decision in the matter in accordance with law. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition is finally disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
