Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been repeatedly making representation to the respondents in this regard but no decision has been taken on his representation.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.4 to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the scheme and provisions of dependent employment applicable in the respondent establishment. It is ordered accordingly. Let this exercise be done within a period of 90 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before respondent no.4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to bring the order of this Court to the notice of respondent no.4.

The writ petition thus stands disposed of.
