At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is covered by the order dated 29..07.2015, passed in W.P. (S) No.4039 of 2013 (Ramlal Rajwade v. State of Chhattisgarh and others). They would submit that the present writ petition may also be decided in the same terms.

For the foregoing, the present writ petition is dismissed in terms of Ramlal Rajwade (supra) .
