This is the 2nd bail application under Section 439 of CrPC filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.178/2020, registered at Police Station Telibandha, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under

Section 20 (B) of the NDPS Act.

The first bail application was dismissed on merits vide order dated 08.10.2020 in MCRC No.4601/2020.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length, I do not find any change in the circumstances to entertain this second bail application.

Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed. However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within 3 months from the date of receipt of this order.
