1. Heard.

2. The present petition is for the reason that the petitioner has carried out 3 different works of electrification and other maintenance, white wash etc. but the payment has not been released despite the fact that the office has moved the papers to make the payment but actually in substance no payment has been made without any reason.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to make different representations to the Chief Engineer, Department of P.W.D. and the said Chief Engineer may be directed to decide the representations.

4. Perused the documents. Considering the prayer made and the nature of documents, the petitioner is allowed to make representations before the Chief Engineer, Department of P.W.D. and if the fresh representations are made, the concerned authority i.e. the Chief Engineer, Department of P.W.D. shall look into the matter and thereafter shall decide the representations within a period of 45 days from the date of representations.
