1. P.U.D. has been received from the Special Court under N.D.P.S. Act, Raipur, praying for extension of time for disposing off the Special Case No.26/2020 pending before that Court.

2. This Court had while passing order in Cr.R. No.712/2020 on 25.11.2020 directed the trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 06 months from the date this order is communicated.

3. Considered on the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D., for which the trial could not be concluded so far, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the P.U.D.

4. Consequently, this P.U.D. is disposed off and a further extension of six months time is granted to the trial Court for concluding the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
