Shri D.R. Minj, Dy. Govt. Advocate S.B. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/09/2017 Heard on admission.

1. The only ground to challenge the transfer order is that the petitioner is going to retire on 31st July 2018 and as per clause 1.9 of the transfer policy dated 11.7.2017 where a Govt. servant is going to retire within a period of less than one year, he is entitled to consideration of posting in his home district or district of his choice.
