1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.36/2020 registered in Police Station -Mulmulla, District- Janjgir-Champa (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 363, 376 (2) (k), 376 (2) (n), 506 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant, at this stage, seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to revive at an appropriate stage.

3. Accordingly, with the liberty as prayed for, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
