The counsel for the parties submits that, the respondents in the instant case have filed written documents by which the order of punishment of the petitioner that of termination has been reconsidered by the appellate authority and has converted it into one under compulsory retirement vide order dated 24/11/2017.

Taking into consideration the appellate authority having re-considered the appeal as per the order made by this Court and thereafter passing a fresh order this Court is of the opinion that, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present Contempt Petition.

The Contempt Petition thus stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to assail the fresh order if he so chooses. The Contemnors stand discharged of the contempt proceedings.
