1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.224/2017, registered at Police Station Dongargaon, Distt. Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 366 and 376/34 of the IPC.

2. When learned State Counsel informed that one more case of similar nature has been registered against the applicant, Mr.Anil Gulati, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move again on verification of the statement made by learned State Counsel.
