Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 182/2014, registered at Police Station Lalpur, Mungeli, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 294, 506-B, 323 and 307 of Indian Penal Code, the applicant has filed this second application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short 'Cr.P.C') for grant of anticipatory bail.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground/change in circumstances to entertain this second anticipatory bail application; therefore, this second anticipatory bail application is rejected.
