1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the transfer order, a representation has been preferred and for the present, the petition may be disposed off with a direction to the respondent to consider petitioner's representation.

2. Accordingly, without commenting upon merits, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide petitioner's representation within a period of 4 weeks.
