This repeat bail application has been filed mainly on the ground that the appellant is in jail since last about more than 9 months and only charges have been framed and the trial is not proceeding.

Considering the nature and gravity of allegations and that the application was earlier rejected, at this stage, no case for grant of bail is made out. The application is accordingly rejected.
