Referring to the averments made in the return and the documents filed along with the same, it is submitted that the pension case of the petitioner has been finalized, arrears of pension have already been paid and pension payment order has also been passed on 28.09.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would not dispute the aforesaid fact. He would however submit that monthly pension till date has not started. 3.

Considering the aforesaid development and that the pension payment order has already been passed, arrears of pension has been paid to the petitioner, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The Rule is discharged and the contempt petition is closed with liberty to revive in case regular pension of the petitioner is not paid. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Rekha
