Judgment on Board Per Navin Sinha, Chief Justice 14/01/2016 1.

The present appeal arises from order dated 7.10.2015 dismissing Writ Petition (S) No.3622 of 2015 declining to interfere with the order dated 9.9.2015 transferring the Appellant to Community Health Center, Manora from the District Hospital, Jashpur.

We have heard Learned Counsel for the parties and are not inclined to interfere with the order under appeal.

The Appellant has already represented before the authorities and it is for them to consider the same in accordance with law. It is expected that final decision

on the representation shall be taken expeditiously preferably within a maximum period of four weeks from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order..
