Gopa Kumar, Dy.AG Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 09/02/2016 Grievance of the petitioner is that even though, land of the petitioner has been taken under an agreement, Ex.P-3, he has not been provided alternative plot as per terms and conditions of agreement, the petitioner is entitled to plot, after full development, which has not been considered till date. 2.

The petitioner is seeking enforcement of terms and conditions of agreement executed between the petitioner and Raipur Development Authority. 3.

In view of above, it is ordered that on approach being made by the petitioner, the

Raipur Development Authority shall consider and pass appropriate orders on the claim of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
