1. Heard on application for restoration of FA No. 447 of 1997 which was dismissed on 8th March, 2019 for want of prosecution.
2. For the reasons mentioned in the application which is duly supported with an affidavit of Shashi Bhan Singh, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 447 of 1997.
3. Accordingly, MCC is allowed and FA No. 447 of 1997 is restored to its original number and same be fixed for final hearing in the week commencing 18th November, 2019.
4. A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FA No. 447 of 1997.
