This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.146/2021 registered at Police Station Torwa, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 21, 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.

4. Permission granted.
