1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the petition the services of the petitioner has been terminated vide order dated 24.04.2015 on account of his conviction in a criminal case.

2. Considering the nature of dispute which is pending consideration, this petition is left only of academic interest and the present writ petition as such has become infructuous, reserving right of the petitioner to seek for consequential benefits, if any, pursuant to the outcome of the SLP pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the judgment of conviction.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
