Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 13/09/2017 Heard.

1. The transfer order is under challenge only on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred within 9 months. The place where the petitioner has been transferred only 44 km. away. Therefore, taking into consideration the submission, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order. However, with liberty to the petitioner to prefer representation before the transferring authority and if that is done, the same shall be considered and decided within four weeks from the date of submission of representation.

2. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
