A short issue arises for consideration in this case on the contention that the Registrar, Cooperative Societies has no power to entertain second appeal. This Court in W.P. (227) No.158/2014 decided vide order dated 21.4.2014 has held that in the circumstances, as in the present case, the appeal would not be maintainable. In view of that, the petition is allowed.
