1. The present writ petition has been filed with the grievance that the Respondent-State Government had issued necessary instructions to the Respondent No.3, for releasing of pension to the Petitioner. But the Respondent Bank has still not acted upon the letter issued by the Respondent-State Government.

2. Shri P.R. Patankar, Advocate for the State Bank of India present in the Court is directed to accept notice on behalf of the Respondents No.3 and 4 and to seek instructions from the concerned Bank. Shri Patankar,

Advocate prays that the matter be taken up in the passing over round so that he can obtain necessary instructions.

Later on Shri Patankar makes a submission that since the account of the Petitioner at the Temri (Nawagarh) Branch of the State Bank of India, Bemetara Account No.37271300738 is a tiny account which means that the said account is not supported with the KYC norms and therefore, the pension could not be released to the said account. Shri Patankar further on instructions submits that subject to the petitioner providing, the copy of Aadhar Card and Pan Card, the account would immediately be converted into a regular Savings Bank Account and pension would be immediately released to the Petitioner.

4. On this, the counsel for the Petitioner submits that he shall provide necessary details like Aadhar Card and Pan Card to the concerned Bank at the earliest.

5. In the light of aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that subject to the Petitioner's providing a copy of the Aadhar Card and Pan Card to the concerned Branch, they shall in turn, release the pension to the Petitioner forthwith.
