The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for release him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.280/2014, registered at Police Station-Katghora, District-Korba (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the IPC. 3.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and considering the evidence available in case diary, I do not find any new ground/change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application. Accordingly, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to comply with the order passed in M.Cr.C.No.4168 of 2019 and expedite the trial.
