(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order of suspension has been revoked by respondent No.4 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Kabirdham but salary has not been paid during the suspension period by the said authority and therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before the respondent No.4.
To which, counsel for the State has no objection. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the respondent No.4 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Kabirdham. If such representation is made by the petitioner, the said authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner along with this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
