2. It appears that the petitioner's application under Section 165(6) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, seeking permission to sale the land to a non-tribal, is pending consideraton before the Collector, Mahasamund since March

2013.

3. The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Collector, Mahasamund for early consideration of his application.

4. Considering the limited prayer made in this petition, it is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Mahasamund to consider and decide the petitioner's application at the earliest preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
