1. It is submitted that in the order dated 19.06.2017 passed in WPS No.2508 of 2017, this Court directed decision of the appeal which was pending before respondent No.4 in the writ petition but due to typographical error, in place of "respondent No.4", it has been typed as "respondent No.3"

2. Upon due consideration, the prayer is allowed. In order dated 19.06.2017, in place of "respondent No.3", it shall be read in substitution as "respondent No.4".

3. The period prescribed in the order shall be effective from the date of receipt of copy of this order by respondent No.4 of the writ petitioner i.e. Divisional Joint Director, Health Services Bastar Division, Jagdalpur (CG).

4. MCC is accordingly disposed off.
