1. As per the letter dated 27.11.2016 of the Office of the Superintendent of the Central Jail, Raipur, the Appellant has completed the substantive imprisonment and the additional imprisonment for default in payment of fine and has been released on 08.10.2016.

2. At this stage learned Counsel for the Appellant Shri Y.C. Sharma urges that he does not want to press the appeal any further.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed without considering the merits of the case.
