On perusal of the record, it appears that there are 10 petitioners, each of them challenging the order of termination from service. This Court is of the opinion that a joint petition challenging the termination from service may not be maintainable. Counsel for the petitioner at this juncture prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with a liberty to file independent/individual writ petition challenging the cause of action.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
