1) The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as they were arrested on 23.02.2021 in connection with Crime No.19/2021 for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of IPC, registered at Police Station- Chakarbhatha, District- Bilaspur (C.G.).

2) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Permission granted.

5) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
