1. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.27/2019 registered in Police Station -Chando, District- Balrampur, Ramanujganj (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 363, 366 376 (2) (n), 376

(3) IPC, Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 3 (2) (v) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application at this stage with liberty to revive at an appropriate stage.

3. Accordingly, with the liberty as prayed for, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
