(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the appeal is pending consideration before the Appellate Committee. Against which, he has made a representation to the respondent No.2 i.e. Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jagdalpur, which has not been decided till this date.

(3) In view of above, the Appellate Committee is directed to take a decision on the pending appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of

communication of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
