1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to respondents No. 4 & 5 for handing over of charge on the submission that in compliance of transfer order dated 10.8.2017, the petitioner has joined in the Office of Sub Divisional Officer, E/M Light Machinery, Tube well & Gate Sub Division No.2, Raipur on 14th August 2017 but respondent No.5 is not handing over charge.

-22. It is fairly submitted that respondent No.5 had earlier filed petition before this Court and this Court directed consideration of his representation though there is no interim protection.

3. Subject to orders that may be passed in future upon representation of respondent No.5, once the petitioner has joined, he is entitled to be given charge unless there is stay order by the higher authority.
