State by Mr. Suryakant Mishra, Panel Lawyer. As per the report dated 21.08.2017 received from the Incharge of Police Station Sirigitti, Distt. Bilaspur, the appellant Laxman has died on 07.052014. Copy of the death certificate is also enclosed.
No application has been preferred to bring the legal heirs of the appellant to prosecute the appeal. It appears that the legal heirs of the appellant are not interested to challenge the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellant.
