This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to respondent No.1 & 2 to take necessary departmental action against the respondent No.4 for making false and defamatory complaint.

It appears that the respondent No.4 has made complaint against the petitioner. There is nothing on record to show that there is any finding recorded by the competent authority in the matter. Therefore, relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. 3.
