Above mentioned two bail applications arise out of a common Crime No. 20/2019 registered at Police Station Chadoura, District Surajpur for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of C.G. Excise Act, therefore, they are being heard analogously and decided by this common order. Both bail applications filed under Section 439 of CrPC. 2.

Argument heard.

Case of the prosecution, in brief is that on 21/03/2019, 5.500 bulk liters of hand made country liquor has been seized from the possession of the

applicant Ramcharan. Applicant Surendra Paikra was accompanied to applicant Ramcharan.

Counsel for the State submits that there is no antecedents of the applicants is reported in police case diary.

Looking to the above facts and circumstances of the case, the applications are allowed. It is directed that if the applicants furnishes one solvent surety for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- each along with one personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court concerned, they be released on bail. 6.
