Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 27.11.2017 Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner's representation has now been decided and the order of this Court has been complied with. Though learned counsel for the petitioner raises grounds to assail the correctness and the order is now passed, it cannot be gone into the contempt petition. Therefore, the rule is discharged and the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of order dated 26.10.2017.
