This petition is preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for modification in the order passed by this Court on 16.12.2019 in CRR No. 704/2019.

It is submitted that the petitioner is complainant before the trial court of Judicial Magistrate First Class-I, Bilaspur. The learned trial court had taken cognizance in the complaint case against the respondent, that order was challenged in revision and the revisional court has set aside that order taking cognizance. The CRR No. 704/2019 brought by the applicant challenging the order of the revisional court was allowed by the order dated 16.12.2019. However, there was no direction given for appearance of the parties before the trial court and neither any date was fixed for such
appearance, therefore, it is prayed that any date may be fixed and direction be given to the parties for their appearance before the trial court.

Without giving any notice to the respondent, the instant petition is disposed of at motion stage itself. The order passed by this Court on 16.12.2019 in CRR No. 704/2019 is clarified and modified and the parties are directed to give their appearance before the learned trial court on 15th July, 2020. In case, the court does not start functioning in normal mode, then the trial court may be at liberty to list the case on 15th July, 2020 for virtual hearing of the case.
