2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.04/2020 registered at Police Station Dugli, District Dhamtari (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506-B of the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. The applicant has committed rape and impregnated the prosecutrix, who is aged about 14 years.

4. Considering the material available in the case diary, no case for grant of bail is made out.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, the applicant would be at liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
