Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 08/10/2015

1. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order passed in WPS No.1746/2012 was challenged in Writ Appeal and thereafter in SLP. The Supreme Court has dismissed the SLP and thereafter the State Government is taking steps to comply with the order passed by this Court.

2. In view of the submission made, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with an observation that the State Government shall comply with the order within a period of 4 months. If the order is not complied with within the said period, the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
