The matter pertains to grant of right to supply ready to eat food material in Jondhra Sector, Block Masturi, District Bilaspur. In

the subject Sector, 18 Women Self Help Groups (SHGs) applied for obtaining the right, however, 17 applications were declared unqualified and only one application i.e. respondent No.4 has been considered and the right to supply mid-day meal has been awarded.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would refer to the enquiry report (Annexure - P/10) filed along with an application for taking documents on record on 9-5-2016 to submit that the respondent No.4 also suffers from disqualification as the SHG is not constituted in accordance with the Government Policy. 3.

A reading of the findings recorded by the enquiry officer would persuade this Court to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the concerned District Programme Officer, Women & Child Development Department, to consider and decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law. The petitioner may file representation within a period of 15 days from today and, thereafter, the competent officer shall decide the representation after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondent No.4, within a further period of six weeks. Till the decision is taken the present arrangement shall continue.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
