This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 78/2017, registered at Police Station Khagrakhand, District Korea CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 450 of the IPC, Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section (3) (1) (N), 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of the witnesses before the trial Court. 4.
