1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction for implementation of execution of the transfer order.

2. The order of transfer has been passed on petitioner's own request. The transfer order contains various conditions for implementation. The Tahsildar, Manpur shall verify the petitioner's case with reference to clause 2 to 8 of the transfer order only to ensure whether there is any impediment in execution of transfer order. This exercise shall be completed within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the absence of any impediment, the petitioner shall be relieved forthwith to join at the new place of posting subject to the condition that the transfer order has not been cancelled, varied or modified by the State Government as on today.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
