1. The transfer order is under challenge on the ground which do not relate to jurisdiction or malafide. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order when the petitioner has an efficacious and alternative remedy of statutory appeal under the provision of Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation has already been preferred. Let the representation be decided by respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved, his remedy of filing of appeal would be available under the Rules of 1995.
